OverviewExecutive Director, AI Business Transformation – CBRE, London, England, United Kingdom.Join CBRE to lead the strategic direction, development, and implementation of Gen AI initiatives across the organization, shaping the future of real estate through generative AI.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Vision and Roadmap: Develop and articulate a comprehensive Gen AI strategy aligned with CBRE's business objectives; identify and prioritize key use cases; create and maintain a technology roadmap outlining investments, resources, and timelines; stay abreast of Gen AI advancements.Hands-on Implementation and Technical Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of Gen AI solutions (model training, fine-tuning, deployment, prompt engineering, API integration); provide technical leadership to engineers and data scientists; ensure quality, scalability, security, and governance of Gen AI systems.Project Management and Execution: Lead Gen AI transformation projects from ideation to launch; define scope, create detailed plans with timelines and risk management; track progress and address issues.Stakeholder Management and Collaboration: Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization; educate on Gen AI capabilities; gather requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful deployments.Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and contracts for Gen AI initiatives; oversee budgets and ensure vendor deliverables meet CBRE requirements.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. PhD preferred.Experience: 10+ years in AI/ML with a focus on Generative AI; proven track record deploying Gen AI solutions in real-world business settings; experience leading technical teams; familiarity with Agile/Scrum; Real Estate industry experience is a plus.Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Gen AI concepts (LLMs, generative image/video models, ML workflows, AI system integration, prompt engineering, model training); proficiency with TensorFlow/PyTorch; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud); strong API integration capabilities; knowledge of governance and responsible AI practices; experience with Palantir Foundry is a must for the role.Why CBRECBRE is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm.
