This has led to the creation of a new Development & Assets Directorate. As our Executive Director for Development & Assets, you will lead three teams: Development, Strategic Asset Management, and Property Investment, comprising 25 posts. Your Directorate will deliver new homes across West Wales, manage our strategic asset data, and oversee multi-million pound investment programmes.
