Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years’ experience in a research agency or consulting environment, with a healthcare/pharma focus.
• Proven leadership of teams, clients, and complex international projects.
• Comfortable working across qual, quant, or mixed methods, with a passion for integrated approaches.
• Strong commercial drive — able to win new business and grow accounts.
• Strategic thinker who thrives in an independent, fast-growing consultancy.
