As a member of the International HEOR & PCO Leadership Team, you will be in the driver seat leading enterprise initiatives focussed on HTA leadership and strategy to optimize Novartis internal preparedness and external impact. We are looking for a dynamic and inventive leader who is collaborative and wants to make an impact. You will be working across our four Therapeutic Areas (Cardio-Renal-Metabolic, Immunology, Oncology, and Neurosciences) within International Value & Access, International Commercial and Launch Strategy, and International Medical Affairs, and across global functional partners in Research, Development, Strategy & Growth, Global Public Affairs/Policy, and with our Regions and Countries / HTA Markets. Your areas of responsibility will include HTA Strategy, Analytics, Governance, Excellence, including leading a team of HTA Evidence Synthesis Statisticians who drive the design and execution of evidence synthesis for HTA submission (incl. EU HTA) and for health economic models. You will be future focussed and shape the external HTA landscape and guide countries undergoing HTA reforms, evolve the internal HTA processes, preparedness and learnings and drive Novartis leadership in HTA methods.
