Executive Director of Corporate Services at Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex.

Location: Across Redhill Aerodrome and Rochester City Airport. Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Contract Type: Permanent. Flexible working arrangements will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic and operational delivery of core corporate services to support all KSS activities and future growth.
• Oversee functions including finance, treasury, procurement, governance, compliance, risk, HR, health & safety, facilities, and IT.
• Act as a key strategic partner to the Chief Executive; demonstrate strong commercial acumen; lead a multi-disciplinary team; manage stakeholders effectively.
• Work with expert advisors and a highly experienced team to drive performance and governance.

Qualifications and experience

• Senior leadership experience in finance, operations, and corporate services, preferably in charity or healthcare sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to influence at executive levels.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
