Beacon Cymru seeks an Executive Director of Finance to join the Executive Leadership Team and shape the future of affordable housing across South Wales. The work of the Executive Director of Finance supports Beacon’s purpose to create lasting change you can see, through affordable homes, sustainable neighbourhoods, and vibrant town and city centres.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall financial management and financial governance throughout the Beacon Cymru Group.
• Advise the Board on strategic and corporate matters as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
• Provide leadership and management to ensure strong financial performance and that the finance and treasury function supports the organisation’s vision.
• Ensure the Group has appropriate financial systems, processes, procedures, plans and control mechanisms in place to realise its vision and meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA) with a strong track record in executive-level financial leadership.
• Values-driven leader who thrives in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
