The Executive Director of Income Generation will play a pivotal role on the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for driving sustainable income growth and maximising the charity's profile and reach.  With an annual target of £7.2m by 2026 and £9.1m by 2028, the postholder will drive growth in philanthropic giving, legacy fundraising, major donor development, and high-value partnerships, while embedding robust systems, processes, and stewardship approaches. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in enabling the organisation to deliver its bold new strategy and ensure long-term financial resilience.

The successful candidate will bring substantial experience of leading large, complex, multi-disciplinary income generation teams at Senior Leadership level, with a proven track record of income growth and diversification. They will have strong commercial acumen, deep expertise in donor engagement, and the ability to build high-value relationships across a diverse stakeholder base. As a strategic leader, they will be adept at balancing long-term vision with short-term delivery, embedding innovation, and acting as an inspiring ambassador.
