Security Industry Authority Executive Director of Martyn’s Law Salary:  SCS1 equivalent £94,300 - £116,000 depending on location and terms and conditions. The SIA exists to protect the public through effective regulation of the private security industry. Earlier this year, Parliament passed new legislation which named the SIA as the new, independent, Martyn’s Law regulator; an important and substantial role that will raise the standards of preparedness and protective security across the UK. As Executive Director of Martyn’s Law, you will be the lead Director for this work, providing strategic leadership both internally and externally to set up and mobilise Martyn’s Law functions in readiness to go live in Spring 2027.
