Executive Director of Strategy, Policy and Analysis

Salary: starting c.£160,000 dependent on skills and experience

Location: Brighton/hybrid (8 days per month in the office)

This is an exciting time to join The Pensions Regulator (TPR). Our corporate strategy outlines a bold and challenging vision of how pensions regulation should evolve to keep pace with a change in the scale and nature of the industry and with transformative legislative and policy changes.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our executive team as Executive Director of Strategy, Policy and Analysis. Reporting to the Chief Executive and as a member of our Executive Leadership Team and board, you will lead a diverse team and work across TPR and with a range of external stakeholders.

We welcome applications from candidates with successful and significant strategy and policy experience, gained at senior level in a complex organisation with wide ranging reach and impact. You will have proven impact engaging at board level and able to show how your leadership has built cohesive and high-performing teams of experts.
