Creative Education Trust is seeking an exceptional Executive Director: Safeguarding & Student Experience to lead a Trust-wide vision for safe, inclusive, and empowering school environments. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of safeguarding, behaviour, personal development, and careers education across a dynamic network of schools—ensuring every student feels safe, supported, and ready to thrive.

Location: Flexible, with regular travel across Trust schools

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

Start Date: January 2026 or earlier by negotiation

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Full-time

Interview Date 2nd Round: w/c Monday 22nd September 2025 (at London Head Office)

About You

Creative Education Trust is seeking an exceptional Executive Director – Safeguarding and Student Experience to lead our Trust-wide strategy for safeguarding, personal development, behaviour, and careers education. This is a pivotal role for a visionary leader who is passionate about creating safe, inclusive, and enriching environments where every student can thrive.

About The Directorate

You will lead a team of functional heads across safeguarding, personal development, behaviour, and careers, and work closely with Headteachers and Principals to ensure consistent, high-quality provision across all schools. You’ll report to governance committees and represent the Trust externally, championing our values of opportunity, equity, and ambition.
