The Experience Strategy Director provides day-to-day leadership on their accounts, defining and delivering strategies that significantly enhance the current customer experience.
As an Experience Strategy Director, you will be responsible for bringing a fresh understanding of the current experience to our clients and identifying opportunities where each company can meet their customers' needs in innovative ways.
Experience needed:
- A background in consumer experience, ideally across various sectors.
- Confidence in creating experience maps.
- Fluency in brand and digital communications (digital communications, UX, product design), with the ability to adapt marketing theory to support strategic proposals.
- Data savvy; capable of asking the right questions to analysts and combining data from multiple sources to generate unique insights that drive business growth.
