Job Title: Experience Strategy Director

The Experience Strategy Director provides day-to-day leadership on their accounts, defining and delivering strategies that significantly enhance the current customer experience.

As an Experience Strategy Director, you will be responsible for bringing a fresh understanding of the current experience to our clients and identifying opportunities where each company can meet their customers' needs in innovative ways.

Experience needed:

  1. A background in consumer experience, ideally across various sectors.
  2. Confidence in creating experience maps.
  3. Fluency in brand and digital communications (digital communications, UX, product design), with the ability to adapt marketing theory to support strategic proposals.
  4. Data savvy; capable of asking the right questions to analysts and combining data from multiple sources to generate unique insights that drive business growth.
