We are working with a Global Facilities and Workplace Management business to appoint a Facilities Director. Our client manages some of London's most prestigious, high end real estate and workspace for global brands in tech, finance and professional services.

We are looking for an FM Professional to manage a number of exceptionally high grade office locations within London, you will be responsible for a number of key areas.

  • Overseeing delivery of IFM services across in house and sub contracted service partners
  • Driving best in class, gold standard delivery across all functions
  • Overseeing maintenance programs across all engineering functions (heating, HVAC, mechanical, lighting)
  • Developing strategic long term facilities management plans that align with core business objectives
  • Liaison with C-suite executives, high net worth individuals and board level stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor facilities management team to develop a customer first mentality at all levels
  • Manage any space planning and refurbishment projects
  • Use technology, AI, analytics and MI to develop ever more efficient services
  • Ensure the organisation is compliant with relevant H&S directives

We are looking for an individual with a background in high end FM delivery, you must have a track record in corporate FM (banking, finance, technology) and understand how to deliver hospitality style FM. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the delivery of services in some of London's most luxurious office space.
