About Us


The firm's leadership has built one of the most high-calibre FIG franchises in the market—hiring 30 professionals exclusively from top-tier institutions, including Bulge Brackets and elite boutiques. With five Managing Directors and three Senior Directors onboarded to date, our build-out is approaching its final phase.


We are now looking to further strengthen the team at the Vice President level. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals looking to join a platform with clear momentum and strong institutional backing.

Role Overview


This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing FIG M&A platform. You will play an integral role in transaction execution, client engagement, and the development of junior team members, while contributing to business development efforts and the strategic direction of the team.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage execution of complex M&A and capital markets transactions across the FIG landscape (insurance, banking, asset & wealth management, specialty finance, etc.)
  • Support origination efforts through market analysis, pitch preparation, and client dialogue
  • Contribute to building and maintaining trusted client relationships
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to shape the firm’s FIG coverage strategy


Candidate Profile


  • Vice President at a top-tier investment bank or boutique
  • Proven experience in FIG advisory, M&A and capital raising
  • Solid network across key FIG subsectors and institutional investors
  • Strong execution skills and ability to manage complex projects
  • Commercial mindset, with a desire to contribute to a fast-growing platform
