Finance and Data Officer

A London based insurance firm are looking for a Finance and Data Quality Officer to join their finance function on a fixed-term contract. The role will ensure accuracy of the Financial Risk Reporting and Data Quality deliverables with local GAAP and IFRS.

The role will be responsible for identifying and supporting 'reporting process improvements', creating a step-change in effectiveness and efficiency in response to increasing business and regulatory demands. You will also support the production of timely, accurate and efficient accounting & reporting deliverables.

Key Attributes
  • Finance audit(or) background
  • 3-5 years' experience within the insurance industry
  • Good understanding of financial reporting processes & control, technical accounting (IFRS)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Understanding of data quality
