Working with local authorities, central government, grant-making trusts, and communities to deliver high-impact projects , funding is often unpredictable, so financial agility is key. Youll oversee finance (around 60% of your time) and operations, leading a talented team managing HR, safeguarding processes, GDPR, and compliance. Youll combine solid monthly reporting with forward-looking business planning and forecasting, helping us secure funding, deliver pioneering projects, and make thousands of lives better each year.
