Your Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets for effective financial planning.
• Provide weekly updates on cash flow.
• Conduct monthly P&L and cash updates for comprehensive financial insights.
• Evaluate and implement cost optimisation programs.
• Review intercompany and external loans to ensure optimal financial health.
• Lead the Working Capital responsibilities.
• Manage the Human Resources Financial Planning responsibilities.
• Offer support to sales and operations teams.

What We Expect From You

You possess a strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency, a relentless drive to excel, and ownership of your work. You are proactive, follow through on commitments, and collaborate well with others to build and execute new businesses. Specifically, you should have:

• Accounting background; ideally more than two years of experience from a Big Four firm.
• Experience as CFO, Head of Finance, or Finance Director from a small or medium-sized business.
• UK working permit.
• Media and Conferences industry background preferred but not mandatory.
