Finance Director | Fast Growth Sustainability Consultancy Harmonic are delighted to be partnering with a fast growth Independent Sustainability Consultancy, supporting with their search for a Finance Director to join their rapidly growing team out of their Central London offices. With a turnover around £5mill, a 50-person headcount, the business is planning to heavily invest in finance over the next 1-2 years as they look to expand to a further international location over the next 18-24 months. They are market leaders in terms of the investment in personal wellbeing for their employers, reflected by the work that they produce, their culture, and how they look after their team. They are looking for candidates with strong commercial ambition to join as FD/HoF and grow into a more senior role over the next 2-3 years. They have a fantastic office space in central London so for those who choose to spend more time in the office, there is consistently a buzzing atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic financial insight at a board level and assist in commercial decisions.
