We're seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director with a background in life sciences startups and direct involvement in Seed funding . The FD will lead all aspects of finance, overseeing financial planning, reporting, compliance, and investor relations, while playing a key role in fundraising, budgeting, and long-term strategy. As Finance Director Key Responsibilities Include: Lead finance operations including reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure strong financial governance and compliance. Support funding rounds and provide financial insight to investors and stakeholders. Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic decisions. Experience & Skills Required: Proven experience as an FD or CFO in a high-growth life sciences startup. Strong track record in financial modelling, investor relations, and reporting. Excellent grasp of accounting and corporate finance principles. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
