Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high‑performing finance team, covering billing, collections, accounts payable, financial control, and FP&A.
- Own the full spectrum of accounting and management reporting for Arjo UK Limited, ensuring compliance and insightful analysis for senior leadership.
- Drive business and financial strategy, planning, and performance monitoring, including annual budgeting and KPI tracking.
- Provide trusted advice to the Global Sales CFO and UKI Managing Director, supporting decision‑making and growth initiatives.
- Oversee statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance, including VAT and audit requirements.
- Champion process improvement, internal controls, and business transformation projects.
- Represent Arjo in dealings with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and advisors.
Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 10+ years post‑qualification experience in senior financial management.
- Proven track record of leading finance teams in complex, multinational environments – ideally with ERP (SAP) and business transformation experience.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the gravitas to influence at board level.
- Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise; experience with Cognos or Hyperion is desirable.
- Hands‑on, analytical, and results‑driven, with a passion for developing people and driving change.
- Eligible to work in the UK and hold a full, valid driving license.
