About the Role: Based near Aylesbury, Bucks, my client, a growing and innovative manufacturing business, is looking to recruit a Finance Director, reporting to the Managing Director and work closely with Board, you will have a key role in shaping the financial future of the business, driving performance, and enabling further growth.

Main responsibilities of the Finance Director: Be a strategic partner to the MD and Board, contributing to growth strategies Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis Oversee ERP implementation and digitisation of financial processes Manage and develop a high performing finance team of six Ensure robust financial controls, statutory compliance, and effective cash and tax management Provide financial insight to support decision making across the business Maintain strong relationships with finance stakeholders
