We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to join our client's team on a part-time basis. This is an on-site role with flexible working hours, offering the right candidate the opportunity to play a key leadership role while maintaining work-life balance.

As the Finance Director, you will oversee the financial health of the business, drive strategic planning, and provide high-level financial insight to support sustainable growth. You’ll work closely with the directors and senior leadership, helping shape the company’s future direction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and analysis for the business Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Produce and present timely, insightful management reports Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning Monitor cashflow, working capital, and overall financial performance Advise the board on financial risk and opportunity Strengthen financial controls, systems, and compliance Develop and mentor a small finance team as required Contribute to operational decision-making and business improvement Key Skills & Experience
