Overview

We are working with a successful global group to appoint a Finance Director with responsibility for its international operations. This senior position will combine leadership of a local finance team with oversight of reporting and consolidation across multiple overseas businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a UK-based finance function, ensuring accurate management and statutory reporting
• Oversee group consolidation and reporting across international subsidiaries
• Work closely with senior leadership to shape strategy and support business performance
• Deliver budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management for group reporting
• Ensure compliance with group policies and local statutory requirements
• Provide commercial insight to influence strategic decision-making

The person

• Strong track record of multi-entity consolidations and international reporting
• Commercially minded, able to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
• Effective leader with experience developing high-performing finance teams

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + Package
