This key role reports directly to the Executive Director of Finance and Resources, serving as a vital member of our senior leadership team. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Finance team, taking direct line management responsibility Oversee financial controls, budgeting, forecasting and statutory returns Manage monthly accounts, cashflow projections and annual budgets Ensure tax and VAT compliance with HMRC regulations Essential Requirements Fully qualified Accountant (CIPFA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) Significant post-qualification experience Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities Commitment to education and student success We're looking for someone who is passionate about education and understands how strong financial leadership supports student achievement.
