Finance Director

Location: North West, England

A £300m T/O Real Estate business is looking to appoint a Finance Director to their Senior Management team to effectively drive and lead the Finance strategy and finance function of the business.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business and become highly influential in its growth and success to develop real estate development schemes across major UK cities.

Responsibilities

• Management of investment, acquisitions and fundraising
• Developing financial strategy
• Reviewing, condensing and presenting business financial reports
• Monitoring the business’ financial plans
• Cash flow management
• Maintaining compliance
• Managing tax planning and accounting
• Maintaining stakeholder relations
• Exploration of new business opportunities to create growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years' of experience in finance or accounting ideally within Real Estate or Construction
• CIMA or ACCA designation
• Strong communication and analytical skills
