£75,000 per annum plus guranteed bonus An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Director to join a growing oner managed business in Lincoln. Working alongside the MD and owner of the business. You will not only be an exceptional accountant and hands-on with company finances but will also be commercially aware. The role of the Finance Director has overall control and responsibility for all financial aspects of company strategy and is expected to analyse figures and implement recommendations based on these findings, with the most profitable outcomes. There will also be an operational responsibility and the ability to grow and develop with the business towards becoming an MD in the future.
