Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a progressive and expanding organisation in the West Yorkshire area to appoint a Finance Director who can play a defining role in the next stage of its journey.

The business is entering an exciting phase — strong foundations, a clear strategic vision, and an ambitious leadership team focused on sustainable growth. What they now need is a commercially astute Finance Director to provide the financial insight, strategic direction, and operational leadership to turn that vision into reality.

Working closely with the Chief Executive and senior leadership team, you’ll take ownership of financial strategy and performance, ensuring the business is positioned for long-term success. This is a broad and high-impact role — balancing hands-on leadership of the finance function with active involvement in commercial decision-making, investment planning, and systems development.

The successful candidate will combine technical strength with sound commercial judgement. You’ll be comfortable leading teams, influencing direction, and contributing as a genuine business partner — helping to shape strategy, improve processes, and support profitable growth.

You will be a qualified accountant with a proven record at Finance Director or senior finance level, ideally within a dynamic, growing environment. Experience in manufacturing or engineering would be advantageous, but your ability to think strategically and deliver results will matter most.
