Job Overview

This role is integral to shaping the organisation’s financial strategy and operations. Reporting to the Managing Director and Board of Directors, you will provide leadership to a team of 15 finance professionals and assume primary responsibility for the company’s IT infrastructure, championing both financial stewardship and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Formulate and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s growth plans.

* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
