Reporting to the to the UK Chief-Executive of a progressive Private Equity owned business the role is responsible for the financial oversight of the business, providing strategic direction of the Finance and IT & Projects functions as well as providing hands-on business support to all areas, which will include the provision of regular management information and analytics. As well as providing a suite of monthly finance reports and financial statements, the role also has control of the Regulatory Compliance and Governance function. Main Tasks (not exhaustive) 1. Producemonthly financial board meeting pack to include detailed commentary, KPI and adhoc information as requested in a timely manner. 2. Actively collaborate, communicate and co-ordinate with all stakeholders. 3. Responsible for budget planning, forecasting, pricing, invoicing, credit control, cashflow, IT and regulatory compliance and governance. With the strict requirement for all activities to be completed in complete accordance with the recognised UK legal requirements, the UK accounting policies and the regulatory governance frameworks. 4. Overseemonthly management reporting,P&L, balance sheet, financial and margin analysis. 5. Robustly manage, track and monitor all funds. 6.
