    Job Description

  • Lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support business growth
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to influence commercial strategy
  • Ensure strong financial governance and compliance with PE investor expectations
  • Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Drive process improvements and system implementation to enhance efficiency
  • Support fundraising, M&A activities, and investor relations

    • The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong technical finance skills
  • Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth business environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence strategic decisions
  • Proven track record in financial leadership within the energy or related sector
  • Hands-on approach with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
