£120 - £130K + bonus + benefits. This is a perfectly balanced role that incorporates strategic development, operational leadership and commercial activity focused on profitability, growth and M&A. Having been through a rapid growth phase, they are eager to bring an enthusiastic and forward-thinking individual onboard with aspirations to take them to the next level. The Role Lead and develop a high-performing team of 10 with clear objectives and accountability Provide commercial analysis to inform strategy, pricing, product development, and marketing Build strong financial reporting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital models Ensure accurate, timely reporting and robust financial controls across all levels Manage cash and banking to maintain liquidity and support growth Implement scalable finance and business systems to enhance operational efficiency Streamline finance processes to align with business expansion Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning cycles Ensure compliance with all external reporting obligations (auditors, HMRC, Companies House, etc.) Assess and manage financial systems risks and controls Lead key financial transactions including acquisitions, refinancing, and debt funding Your Profile Recent experience as a Finance Director in a multi-site environment Proven track record of driving profitability and performance Strong experience with banking relationships Qualified Accountant Exposure to private equity or high-growth environments Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
