Join the CFO Centre UK as a Financial Director – South West. We support ambitious private businesses worth £2‑50 M with part‑time CFO services and strategic finance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide CFO services to entrepreneurs, CEOs, MDs of mid‑tier companies.
• Build and grow a portfolio of clients across South West UK.
• Act as trusted advisor, partner with business owners on financial strategy, performance, and growth.
• Deliver financial reporting, budgeting, cash‑flow forecasting, and KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

• UK chartered accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS) or equivalent.
• Formally acted as CFO/Finance Director for one or more businesses.
• Strong understanding of commercial finance, business strategy and scalable finance systems.
• Excellent people skills, able to build lasting client relationships and work autonomously.

The role is self‑employed within a defined model: you operate independently, supported by a global network of Finance Directors and CFOs, and gain autonomy over your client portfolio.
