Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and commercially focused Finance Director to join our leadership team. This is a hands-on role that goes beyond traditional financial oversight, playing a pivotal part in strategic planning, commercial decision-making, and driving business performance. You will be responsible for leading the finance function, partnering with senior stakeholders, and delivering actionable insight through robust management reporting and financial analysis. Experience in mergers and acquisitions, building business cases, and supporting rapid business growth is essential.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Finance Leadership: Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning. Commercial Insight & Business Partnering: Work closely with commercial and operational teams to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and drive profitability across the business. Management Reporting: Develop and deliver timely, accurate, and insightful management reporting packs, including KPIs, variance analysis, and forecasting to the Group finance department.
