To support this next chapter, we are seeking a strategic, hands‑on Finance Director to partner closely with the CEO and shape the financial and operational foundations of the business. Responsibilities

Lead the finance function and act as a key member of the leadership team Build scalable systems, processes and reporting to support rapid growth Drive budgeting, forecasting, modelling and capital allocation Oversee financial reporting, tax, audit and compliance Strengthen governance, risk management and internal controls Support commercial decision‑making and new market expansion Manage cash, working capital and funding requirements Develop strong relationships with investors, lenders and external partners Build and develop finance talent as the organisation grows

Qualifications

A strong track record in high‑growth or entrepreneurial environments Ability to balance operational finance with strategic leadership Excellent reporting, systems and process improvement capability Experience managing complex working capital cycles Credibility partnering with CEOs, boards and investors Ideally to have experience in a scaling business with international exposure.
