We’re hiring a Finance Director for a Technology company that’s part of a global group. This role will give you the chance to take ownership of financial strategy, strengthen processes, and guide a talented team as the business continues to scale.

THE ROLE

• Lead all financial operations, reporting, and planning across the business
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and modelling to support growth plans
• Oversee compliance with accurate revenue recognition
• Strengthen internal controls and financial governance across the company
• Partner with the leadership team to influence key decisions and strategy
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health
• Support M&A activity including due diligence and integration work
• Develop and mentor the finance team, building capability and confidence
• Deliver clear analysis to support performance tracking and investment decisions
• Work closely with non-finance teams to align financial and commercial objectives
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance at all times
• Represent finance as a trusted voice at senior management level

YOUR PROFILE

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Background in technology, with strong revenue recognition expertise
• Proven ability to lead, develop and inspire a finance team
