Financial Services Regulation & Funds – Senior Associate / Director – London A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate / Director to join its growing Financial Services Regulation & Funds team in London. This role offers the chance to advise a broad range of clients – from investment managers and private equity sponsors to fintechs and government entities – on complex fund formation and regulatory matters across the UK and key offshore jurisdictions. The Role Structuring and launching private equity, hedge, credit and alternative funds. Advising on AIFMD, FCA rules, SFDR, and international regimes. Drafting and negotiating fund documents and investor agreements. Managing cross-border mandates and external counsel. Supporting governance and regulatory strategy for clients. About You England & Wales qualified, with 7+ PQE in fund formation and financial regulation. Strong knowledge of UK and international regimes (AIFMD, FCA, SFDR, offshore frameworks). Experience across jurisdictions such as UK, Ireland, Luxembourg, Cayman, BVI or Channel Islands. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with experience at a leading firm, fund manager or service provider.
