As a senior leader, you will shape the strategic direction of our client's fire engineering division, drive business growth, and oversee the delivery of technically outstanding projects across commercial, residential, and infrastructure sectors.

What you'll be doing:-

• Provide strategic leadership and direction across regional and international project teams
• Act as Project Director for flagship schemes, ensuring technical integrity, commercial success, and client satisfaction
• Lead business development initiatives—building strategic partnerships and securing new market opportunities
• Oversee resource planning, commercial performance, and quality assurance across all fire engineering activities
• Mentor senior and emerging engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional growth
• Represent the consultancy at industry events, thought leadership forums, and professional networks
