You'll play a critical role in providing high-impact leadership to campuses across Sydney. You'll step into services during key times - whether that's to cover leave, stabilise operations, or support periods of transition - delivering excellence across compliance, team culture, and family engagement.You'll be the ‘CEO of the Campus' during each assignment, acting as Nominated Supervisor and driving improvement across all key pillars - until a permanent leader is in place. This unique roving role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, is passionate about coaching others, and is ready to make a broad, organisation-wide impact.Your Key ResponsibilitiesLead nominated campuses as acting Campus Director and Nominated SupervisorRapidly assess needs and drive improvements in operations, compliance, and team performanceUplift campus teams by modelling leadership, mentoring staff, and supporting cultural changeEnsure family engagement and communication remain seamless during your tenurePartner with Operations, Quality, and Education teams to deliver sustainable outcomesPrepare campuses for Assessment & Rating and support curriculum implementationLead or support transitions back to permanent leadership with clarity and structureAbout YouYou're a dynamic, capable leader who thrives in new environments and brings out the best in others.
