My client, an established name in power and utilities in the UK's energy infrastructure sector, is looking to appoint an experienced and tenacious Framework / Programme Director to take ownership of a landmark £150M+ high-voltage design and construction framework. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in Net Zero Teesside - one of Europe's most ambitious energy and low-carbon infrastructure programmes. The project will deliver the largest private electricity network in Europe, supporting clean energy and low-carbon manufacturing on a national scale. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of a high-value HV framework, managing engineering, construction, and design workstreams. Take full ownership of framework P&L, ensuring strong commercial performance and compliance with NEC4 Option C contracts. Act as the senior point of contact for the client, suppliers, internal teams, and subcontractors, ensuring collaborative and high-quality delivery. Manage a dedicated team of project professionals and coordinate supplier activities across multiple work packages. Ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed budgets, timeframes, and quality standards.
