We’re looking for a Creative Director who understands that AI is just another tool - like a pen, a camera, or a paintbrush. A powerful one, yes. But useless without concept, craft, and taste.
This role is for someone who believes in ideas first. Who sees GenAI not as the answer, but as a new set of possibilities for how we ask better questions . Someone who can lead teams, shape thinking, and push clients beyond novelty, gimmickry, and pastiche.
What we need from you: A proven track record of big, conceptual, human ideas. A deep understanding of how GenAI tools (image, video, text, etc.) can unlock creative thinking - and when they can’t. Experience working with brands, agencies, or studios where the craft of the work mattered. The ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams: strategists, writers, designers, technologists. A portfolio that shows you know the difference between style and substance. Comfort presenting to clients and making the complex feel simple.
