General Manager/Operations Director
New Yesterday
Job Description
About Flyte
FLYTE is a bold new hospitality concept launching in Henley-on-Thames; built around curated FLYTEs of tacos, cocktails, wine, and unforgettable experiences.
We’re creating a bar brand that blends vibrant flavours, creative flare, live music, and dynamic events, all in a warm, design-forward space. With big ambitions to grow nationally, we’re reimagining the bar and small-plates model into something more engaging, more social, and more memorable.
At FLYTE, every visit is a journey; and we’re building a team who share our passion for great food, inventive drinks, and genuine local connection. If you’re ready to help shape a new go-to spot in Henley and be part of a brand with national ambitions, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role
General Manager – Future National Operations Director
This is a career-defining opportunity to join FLYTE. We’re looking for a seasoned hospitality leader to run our first location and grow into a national operations role as we scale.
You’ll take the lead on launching our flagship site; recruiting and training the team, embedding processes, and setting the standard for service, energy, and guest experience. Working directly with the founders, you’ll help shape our journey from one venue to a regional presence, and ultimately a nationally recognised bar brand.
This is the most senior role in the business beneath the founders, offering a genuine long-term leadership stake in FLYTE’s success. If you’re ambitious, hands-on, and ready to help build something special from the ground up, we want to hear from you!
