Our Performance Centre of Excellence drives performance solutions across several channels including social, search, programmatic, commerce and affiliates. The Role:
The Project Manager will play a key role in optimizing product workflows and driving operational excellence across our product organisation. This individual will be responsible for streamlining end-to-end product processes, implementing robust tracking systems for finance agreements and cost management, and maintaining comprehensive oversight of our product tooling and licensing spend. They will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to establish standardized procedures, build essential reporting dashboards, and coordinate operational improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong project coordination skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate operational requirements into scalable systems and processes.
Responsibilities
PROCESS & WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT:
- Help design and optimize end-to-end product workflows from ideation to launch
- Create standardised operating procedures for product releases and updates
- Establish cross-functional communication protocols between product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams
- Implement and maintain product documentation standards and knowledge management systems
DATA MANAGEMENT & REPORTING:
- Build and maintain dashboards for finance agreement and our cost and revenue tracking
- Generate regular reports on product operational metrics for leadership review
- Track and organize product performance data and operational KPIs
- Support data quality initiatives and help troubleshoot reporting
TOOL & LICENCE MANAGEMENT:
- Track and manage all external tool subscriptions and licenses used by the Product team
- Monitor budget allocation and spending across product development and productivity tools
- Maintain inventory of active licenses, usage rates, and renewal dates
- Conduct regular audits to identify underutilized or redundant tools
- Coordinate license renewals and procurement processes with finance and procurement teams
- Analyze cost-per-user and ROI metrics for different tools and platforms
PROJECT COORDINATION
- Support product enablement and sales pipeline meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
- Manage timelines and deliverables for operational improvement initiatives
- Coordinate between teams to ensure smooth execution of established processes
- Track project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders
Key OKRs
- Successfully implement and maintain comprehensive tracking systems for finance agreements, cost/revenue metrics with monthly reporting cadence
- Identify and implement at least 3 process optimisation initiatives across product workflows within the first year, resulting in measurable efficiency improvements
- Establish complete oversight of product team tool and license management
Qualifications
- Strong experience in project or product management, preferably in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Demonstrated ability to streamline processes and document best practices.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing channels, digital marketing, and sales processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
