Purpose of the Job

HH Global seeks an experienced, client-centric Global Account Director to drive change and pursue new opportunities in a fast-paced industry. You will be responsible for global account development and contract delivery across four regions for a major beverage client, supported by Regional Account Directors. You will build strong relationships with client stakeholders, deliver strategic transformation and develop innovative solutions to drive ROI. You will assume full accountability for strategic, contractual and operational management of the account.

You will be focused on putting clients at the heart of what we do, with a clear appetite for progression and helping HH Global become the world’s most impactful partner for brands seeking sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creation and delivery of HH Global’s global account strategy for the client, ensuring regional account teams align with global objectives
  • Maintain a client-centric approach with high engagement across the global client organization
  • Manage the contract in line with our contractual responsibilities
  • Oversee overall financial performance of the account, conduct risk analysis and implement remedies
  • Identify new business opportunities to leverage the partnership and strategic benefits
  • Ensure activities comply with the Company’s policies and procedures
  • Identify risks to the account and implement mitigation strategies
  • Budgeting, financial reconciliation, variance reporting and P&L activities
  • Present at Board level to internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead and manage a global account team, driving performance against targets
  • Drive and challenge the team, engaging SMEs to deliver shared strategies that provide value

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • Proven track record in a strategic global account management role within the Beverage industry
  • Ability to develop a global strategy and execute with local team support
  • Client-centric approach with strong stakeholder management
  • Experience handling large P&L budgets and bottom-line accountability
  • Experience leading direct and indirect reports, preferably globally
  • Experience managing complex strategic clients through change and delivering transformational programs
  • Strong knowledge of the beverage industry and the financial/operational complexity of global sourcing and distribution
  • Background in procurement and marketing services
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders, comfortable with C-level interactions
  • Strong operational understanding of bottom-line management and contract management
  • Ability to anticipate issues and develop contingency plans
