The Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) function plays a key role in helping EY achieve its ambition to create long‑term value as the world’s most trusted professional services organization. Through BMC and our partner teams – content development, editorial, webcasts, events, strategy, planning and operations – we deliver marketing and communications that drive commercial value and measurable market impact. Your Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver complex multi‑channel marketing and communications activities with input from multiple stakeholders Manage senior stakeholder relationships and provide strategic counsel on brand, marketing and communications best practices Create marketing and communications programs, including positioning documents, thought leadership, digital content and product summaries within EY guidelines Support the ongoing transformation of audit with impactful change‑management communications and enablement Identify measurable goals and track success Manage and counsel marketing and communications professionals and play a senior role across the wider Assurance BMC group and BMC function Ability to travel occasionally
Skills And Attributes For Success
A proven track record of turning strategy into action to deliver B2B marketing and communications programs within a dynamic environment Project management and successful delivery within a matrixed and virtual team environment Strong channels deployment, storytelling and resource management skills; ability to meet deadlines in a complex, multimarket, regulated environment Understanding of marketing channels and tactics, with emphasis on digital and the application of AI to simplify processes and improve deliverable quality

Excellent networking experience and skills across a wide range of relationships and levels within an organization, including global leaders Demonstrable knowledge, skills and abilities concerning global business fundamentals, business models, ethics, competitive analysis and cross‑cultural sensitivities Flexibility in adapting to a changing role and responsibilities Proven ability to excel in a Big Four or professional services firm Collaboration with colleagues globally, which may require working outside normal business hours
What We Look For An experienced B2B brand, marketing and communications “triathlete” with a proven track record in delivering complex, multichannel, global programs in an environment of ongoing transformation. The individual will be highly organized with a strong eye for detail, have experience operating and managing teams in a matrix structure, and ideally exposure to audit services marketing and communications. They should also be able to interact, influence and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across a multimarket environment. Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with performance‑based rewards and recognition. Base salary range for the U.S.: $128,700 to $247,800 (varies by geography). Additional benefits include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a range of paid time off options. Hybrid model: most external, client‑serving roles will work in person 40‑60% of the time throughout an engagement or project. Flexible vacation policy allowing you to tailor time off to your personal circumstances, with additional EY‑Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care and other leaves of absence.
