Why this job is important As our new Global Creative Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in elevating Kantar’s brand through world-class creative leadership. You’ll ensure that design is a true differentiator in how we engage with clients and colleagues, driving consistency, innovation, and excellence across all our creative outputs worldwide. Your work will shape how Kantar is seen and felt, both inside and out.
What you’ll be doing Develop and articulate a cohesive global creative vision that aligns with Kantar’s brand identity, values, and business objectives. Lead and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams across regions, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture. Oversee the creation of campaigns, brand, product, and thought leadership content for diverse global audiences. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, while allowing for local adaptations.
