Working within our Data Layer Team, you will help build essential data platforms, data products, and capabilities to empower our Case Teams (CTs), Practice Areas (PAs) and Business systems team with high-quality, actionable insights through data. Our focus is on creating scalable enterprise data solutions and advancing our data infrastructure to drive informed decision-making across the company tied to our AI Strategy.The Data as a Service Director will serve as the strategic and technical operational leader responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization’s data governance framework from the technical platform perspective. This role ensures data integrity, security, compliance, and usability across the enterprise while driving data quality, consistency, and maturity through a robust data asset lifecycle management solution. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, analytics, and business units, the Data as a Service Lead will establish and ensure technical platform governance policies and best practices that align with the organization’s strategic goals. Total compensation includes base salary, annual discretionary bonus, retirement contribution, and a market-leading benefits package.Base salary range: $174,000 to $218,666.67.
