Role Summary and Impact

OpenMind is seeking a Digital Operations Business Director to lead the digital and in-platform advancement of our global biddable media strategy. The role is responsible for ensuring that our activation operations map to the strategic directions of Nestlé and support the ambitions of transparent, sustainable, data-driven decisioning. Reporting to the Global Transformation Lead, the successful candidate will work with WPP-Media specialist teams across a variety of strategic programs designed to ensure performance excellence.

This role requires a strategic and execution-focused leader with deep expertise in biddable media, data-driven marketing, and global client management and adoption programs. The role will include supporting on Nestlé operational frameworks including digital brand safety and suitability, audience targeting frameworks and digital data collection. The role will also extend into data-driven programs, focusing on the successful deployment and update of data solutions in-platforms such as Nestlé’s 1PD acceleration.

The role focuses on the development, deployment and measurement of these programs across markets as well as educating global stakeholders on the values and requirements of these frameworks. They will also act as a key connection for WPP-Media activation technology opportunities into Nestlé through those frameworks.

It is expected as part of the global OpenMind team, that the role will occasionally expand into additional business-specific projects, utilising the strategic expertise in biddable and digital to support on program building and adoption. That can extend to digital standards, media principles and data foundations.

The role requires a universal approach to biddable media and requires a strong understanding of digital media planning and biddable buying to influence and drive both the local market planning decisions and the subsequent deployment into activation (either local or across the offshore central digital hub).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital media planning and execution, proven leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate across markets, platforms, and internal stakeholders.
