What will you do? ✅ Strategic Leadership Develop and implement global real estate management strategies Align property initiatives with corporate objectives Identify optimisation opportunities and cost-efficiency initiatives
✅ International Portfolio Management Oversee property acquisitions, leasing, and dispositions Negotiate complex contracts and lease agreements Monitor property performance
✅ Operations & Compliance Ensure maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance Implement preventive maintenance programs Lead sustainability initiatives and environmental metrics
✅ Team Leadership Lead multicultural teams of facilities managers Manage vendor relationships
What are we looking for? Education & Experience Bachelor's degree Engineering or related field 10+ years in real estate/facilities management with 5+ years in leadership Proven experience managing complex multinational portfolios
