About the role
The Global Head for E2E Planning & IBP is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving excellence in end-to-end supply chain planning across the organization. This role leads the deployment of Kinaxis RapidResponse, oversees the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, and manages the Global Planning Centre of Excellence (CoE) and Planning HUBs. The role will be a key role in strategic transformation of the business with Global Business Services and will maintain a critical network of expert partners in Planning, Hubs and Tech partners. The successful candidate will be instrumental in transforming local planning functions into a centralized, globally harmonized model, leveraging advanced analytics, technology, and best-in-class processes.
Your responsibilities
1. Global Planning Centre of Excellence (CoE)
• Establish and lead the Planning CoE to drive process standardization, innovation, and capability building.
• Develop and maintain global planning policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Champion the use of advanced analytics, scenario planning, and digital tools.
• Monitor planning performance and KPIs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
2. Global Planning HUBs
• Design and implement centralized Planning HUBs to consolidate and optimize planning activities.
• Lead the transformation of local planning roles into globally integrated teams.
• Ensure HUBs are equipped with the right talent, tools, and governance to deliver high-quality planning outcomes.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and excellence across HUBs.
3. Kinaxis and next gen plan tools Deployment & Optimization
• Lead global deployment and adoption of Kinaxis RapidResponse across business units.
• Define and execute the roadmap for Kinaxis capabilities, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Partner with IT and functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Drive user enablement, training, and change management to maximize platform value.
4. Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
• Own the global IBP framework, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, finance, and strategic objectives.
• Facilitate monthly and quarterly IBP cycles, including demand reviews, supply reviews, and executive S&OP.
• Collaborate with regional and functional leaders to embed IBP into decision-making processes.
• Continuously improve IBP maturity, governance, and performance metrics.
This role is a key senior role shaping the future of Reckitt Supply strategy and driving functional excellence and performance.
The experience we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
