Our client is an industry leader in branding with global corporations to produce print & packaging with noteworthy brand recognition. The company’s operations are located across North America, Canada, Europe and Asia.

You will be a commercial thinker with boundless energy, responsible for ensuring existing clients’ needs are met in accordance with Service Level Agreements. The successful applicant will demonstrate a proven track record in a Key Account Manager / Account Director role within a fast-paced, high-volume sector.

You must be an excellent communicator with the ability to interpret client briefs and expedite necessary actions to meet client timelines. A strong analytical mind with foresight to identify problems early and implement solutions is essential.

Main duties of the post:

1. Strengthen client relationships through proactive account directorship
2. Maintain client satisfaction and retention targets
3. Increase services offered and income generated to meet targets
4. Understand the financial status of the client portfolio
5. Develop processes for accurate workload forecasting
6. Ensure high-quality, timely reporting from the team
7. Promote professionalism in manner, appearance, and delivery

Ideal candidates will have experience in FMCG, printing, or packaging sectors, managing accounts with a minimum turnover of £20m per annum. Pharmaceutical experience is a bonus.
