You will lead initiatives focusing on business growth, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful solutions.Role description:The role will report into the GM Global Sales CAO, and will include the following responsibilities:Business Planning/Strategy: Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for digital enhancement and AI integration.Evaluate and recommend digital solutions to support new product launches and business expansionAssess build vs. buy decisions for digital tools and platformsCreate business cases for strategic digital initiativesDrive innovation through strategic vendor partnerships and in-house developmentMonitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunitiesOperational EfficiencyConduct process analysis to identify operational pain points and risksDesign and implement digital solutions to streamline workflowsLead process optimization initiatives using AI and automationLiaison with CorporateCross-Functional Leadership: Act as primary liaison between GM Sales and Corporate functionsPartner with IT on technical implementation and architectureManage stakeholder communication across all levelsDrive project governance and oversight across functionsProject Delivery:Lead end-to-end implementation of strategic initiatives, Manage project timelines, resources, and dependenciesSkills and Experience: Outstanding senior stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence at all levelsStrong project management experience with proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in banking, fintech, or market infrastructure.Adaptable mindset with strong prioritization and organizational skillsDemonstrated experience in process optimization and change managementFinancial Markets experience and digital innovation knowledge, particularly in Gen AI applications, digital asset regulation, technical fluency
